Comprehensive advisory for the Polish e-sports organization supporting players competing in Counter Strike and League of Legends. Advising on strategic topics including the team’s partnership of this team with Rouge network in League of Legends games.

SuperScale

Advising SuperScale and SuperScale’s founder on obtaining financing from an industry investor, Level-Up and business angels. The company is one of the main development partners in Poland for mobile game developers and publishers. The advisory included preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, including the investment agreement.

CD Projekt Red S.A.

Advising the company CD Projekt RED (the largest video game producer in Europe and one of the 20 largest companies in Poland) on the acquisition of a property with a total area of 5 hectares located on Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw, for the reconstruction of existing buildings into the new global headquarters of CD Projekt, with a design reminiscent of the Google campus in California.
