The legal basis for processing your data is:
a) Article 6 sec. 1 (b) and (c) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which you are a party and to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator:

Period of storage of your personal data
Your data will be processed until the termination of our cooperation, and after the termination of cooperation, also for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., arising from tax regulations) and for the period of limitation of claims from the contract between us or others related to it.

We will process your personal data in order to contact you regarding current matters, including matters related to the execution of agreements between us and your employer/entity you represent, presenting offers, receiving orders, and answering questions;
We will provide information about our activities and possible forms of cooperation;
We will defend ourselves against any claims or pursue any claims related to the contract with the entity in which you work or which you represent, i.e., our contractor – if a dispute arises concerning the contract.

Your personal data will be processed until the definitive termination of cooperation with us, as well as for the period of limitation of claims from the agreement binding us with you as our contractor:
The data may be deleted sooner – in case we receive your objection to the processing, as well as if we deem that the data is no longer necessary for achieving a justifiable purpose;
The data will not be deleted within the period indicated above if its retention is required by applicable law or if it is necessary for settling accounts or pursuing claims in the course of your business activities as our contractor.

Your personal data will be added to our contact database. In case of objection to the processing of your personal data within our contact database, your data will be deleted within 1 month of the event’s conclusion.

Purpose of Processing Applicant Data
We will process the personal data provided by the Applicant to evaluate qualifications for the position applied for, to select the appropriate person for employment in our company, i.e., to perform activities aimed at concluding an employment contract for a specific job position.
With separate consent from the Applicant, we will process the personal data of the Applicant for future recruitment processes.
Scope of Processed Data
We will process the following personal information of the Applicant: name and surname; parents' names; date of birth; place of residence; education; employment history.
Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing Applicant data is:
a) Article 6 sec. 1 (c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 22* § 1 of the Labor Code, with regard to the processing of personal data in the employment relationship;
b) Article 6 sec. 1 (b) and (c) of the GDPR, with regard to the processing of personal data in the civil law contract relationship;
c) Article 6 sec. 1 (a) of the GDPR with regard to the processing of personal data for the purpose of potential future recruitments, if the Applicant consents to this;
d) Article 6 sec. 1 (a) of the GDPR, in the case of processing the Applicant's image, if the Applicant consents to this;
e) Article 6 sec. 1 (a) of the GDPR, in the case of providing us in the CV or cover letter with data other than name and surname; parents' names; date of birth; place of residence (correspondence address); education; employment history, if the Applicant consents to this;
f) Article 6 sec. 1 (f) of the GDPR with regard to data collected during the qualification interview – which is our legitimate interest to assess whether the Applicant is suitable for the applied position.

We will keep the Applicant's personal data until the end of the recruitment process for the position applied for. If separate consent is given for the processing of data for future recruitments, we will keep the Applicant's data for 2 years from the date of collection.

The rules for following the Fanpage, posting and deleting comments, conducting correspondence are determined by separate regulations announced through Facebook, which is the administrator of personal data regarding the management of your account.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data is used in connection with your activity on the Fanpage (comments), in order to present our activities and events related to our brand via the Fanpage:
Through the Fanpage, you can also send us a message, e.g., with a question or request. In this case, your data will also be processed in order to provide a response;
We may also use your personal data for statistical purposes, using tools provided by Facebook (which may also involve profiling). The rules for processing personal data for these purposes are determined by Facebook in its rules, policies, and regulations.
Scope of Processed Data
We will process the data that you provide to us or make available through Facebook functionalities;
If the personal information is collected through the Fanpage in connection with a contest or similar event organized by us, the rules for processing personal data may be regulated in a separate document or notification on the Fanpage;
Providing personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide some data may sometimes prevent you from fully utilizing the Fanpage's capabilities (e.g., prevent your question from being given a response).

Data Storage Period
The storage period for your data, as well as the possibility of its deletion, depends on the features of individual Facebook functionalities. In each case, we will fulfill your request to delete data, provided it is possible and we are not obligated by regulations to continue processing this data;
We will also delete your personal data when it is no longer needed for the above-mentioned activities of our Fanpage, provided that such deletion is enabled by Facebook functionalities;
We may delete your comments/posts at any time if we deem them unnecessary, inappropriate, in violation of regulations, or the rights of third parties.
