Experience

Walk Events

Representing the event agency Walk Events in proceedings for the “Comprehensive organization of the Opening Ceremony of the 10th World Games”. Thanks to the support of LSW’s lawyers in the proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber, the Client defended the concept of implementation and organized “The World Games”, i.e., non-Olympic sports games, in Wroclaw.

Agencja Badań Medycznych (Medical Research Agency -state agency)

LSW supported the Agency in the process of preparing the public procurement proceedings.

Center of Oncology of the Lublin Region St. John of Dukla (COZL)

For COZL, we developed documents related to conducting proceedings for the award of a contract (including ToR), including the supply of drugs and medical materials as well as laboratory equipment worth over 207,000 EUR, as well as developed procurement procedures and tender commission work, planning, documenting and reporting in the field of public procurement. We successfully represented COZL in proceedings before the KIO and in proceedings before the President of the PPO covering the results of ad hoc control.

Millward Brown S.A.

Successfully representing the contractor before the National Appeal Chamber in proceedings involving entities operating in the public opinion research market for the award of a public contract in the case of applying a grossly low price by a competitor chosen by the contracting authority.

KENBIT, KOENIG AND PARTNERS

Advising the company in tenders organized by the Polish Army concerning, among others, the creation and integration of communication and IT equipment and software (including special and satellite communication) used, among others, by the Navy, Land Forces and Border Guard. We successfully represented the company before the National Appeal Chamber.
