Redefine Properties LTD

Advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of 18 commercial properties (offices and shopping centers) in Poland valued at 1.18 billion EUR.

Auchan Group

Advising on the acquisition of 91 hypermarkets in Poland, Russia, Romania, and Ukraine, and 13 shopping centers in Russia and Romania from Metro AG, with an estimated transaction value of 1.1 billion EUR.

CD Projekt Red S.A.

Advising CD Projekt RED (the largest video game producer in Europe and one of the 20 largest companies in Poland) on the acquisition of a property with a total area of 5 hectares located on Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw, for the reconstruction of existing buildings into the new global headquarters of CD Projekt, with a design reminiscent of the Google campus in California.

Golub GetHouse sp. z o.o.

Advising on the sale of an office project in central Warsaw. LSW advised Golub GetHouse, a leading real estate developer/investor in Central and Eastern Europe, in the sale of a development project in central Warsaw, including land in the heart of the city on Grzybowska Street, along with a construction project and permits for the Liberty Tower complex, consisting of a 41-story tower on a 9-story podium.

Sinotrans Air Transportation Sprl

Advising global logistics operator Sinotrans Air Transportation Sprl and associated companies from the Sinotrans Group in choosing the location and conducting the purchase transaction for a portfolio of BTS (Built-to-Suit) warehouse spaces with a total area of 102,000 square meters, dedicated to the activities of the leading Chinese e-commerce giant, AliExpress (owned by Alibaba).
