Bogusław has advised various Polish, CEE and international private equity and investment funds on fund formation, fund raising and buyout transactions and portfolio sales.
Media and Sports Law
Having been a co-owner and CEO of Legia Warsaw, Bogusław has had a strong connection to the Media and Sports industries in Poland and has frequently advised individuals, organizations and companies operating in the space ranging from TV and radio stations, sports and media personalities, sports clubs, sponsors, etc.
Most recently, Bogusław has played a key role in developing the e-Sports industry in Poland, as well as new alternative media channels.
Beyond the Polish market, he is fluent in the legal and economic system of Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.
Bogusław is a member of the Polish Business Council.
