LSW advises 4growth VC on PLN 32 mln financing of WEALTHON

LSW has advised 4growth VC fund on funding provided to innovative fintech company Wealthon. The PLN 12 million joint investment of 4growth VC and NCBR Investment Fund ASI S.A. allows the company to further develop. An additional PLN 20 million in the form of debt capital has been made available by CVI Dom Maklerski managed funds to support the company's credit action expansion.

Wealthon offers modern forms of financing for entrepreneurs, supporting companies in their growth and helping them tackle daily challenges. The company was founded in 2018 in response to the needs of micro and small businesses that were overlooked by other financial institutions. It offers installment loans, bridging loans, and POSCASH, financing for trading on a payment terminal, to individuals and businesses. The lending processes are completely automated and devoid of formalities, with flexible repayment because the installments are adjusted to the company’s capabilities. The transaction involving 4growth VC, NCBR Investment Fund ASI S.A., and funds managed by CVI Dom Maklerski will enable the company to further its stable development.
