As a multidisciplinary lawyer, Agata advises on commercial law matters, corporate law, transactions, and disputes, often combining these areas of law in projects that require a versatile approach.
Commercial Law / Corporate Law
Agata provides day-to-day legal services to companies, particularly advising on commercial and civil law, as well as preparing corporate documents and drafting and reviewing contracts. She assists and supervises meetings of company bodies. She represents clients during both shareholders’ meetings and general meetings of shareholders.
M&A / Venture Capital / Startups
Agata participates in Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions at all their stages, especially in the preparation of transaction documents and due diligence processes. She cooperates with both Venture Capital funds and startup founders in their investment rounds and exits.
Dispute resolution
Agata also advises on dispute resolution, particularly corporate disputes. She has participated in numerous projects on challenging resolutions of corporate bodies.
Agata has gained experience in law firms both in Krakow and Warsaw.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and from the American Law School program in cooperation with the Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
