LSW Advises 4growth VC on the almost $4 Million Financing of DigitalFirst.ai

LSW acted as an advisor to 4growth VC in a successful seed funding round for DigitalFirst.ai, involving funds from the USA and the United Arab Emirates. The transaction, valued at $3.8 million, marks another significant technological investment by 4growth VC.

DigitalFirst.ai, registered in the USA, offers solutions in the MarTech (marketing technology) sector. The company currently serves over 900 clients in more than 60 countries from its offices in Poland, the USA, and the United Arab Emirates.

The newly secured funding will enable DigitalFirst.ai to further develop its platform, which automates the creation of marketing strategies for online campaigns using artificial intelligence. The company's current solutions are a milestone towards fully autonomous marketing, where AI creates, manages, and optimizes online advertising campaigns without human involvement.

The lead investor in the funding round was 4growth VC (Krzysztof Bachta, Tomasz Biłous, Marcin Jaszczuk), a team of experienced managers with a rich background in banking, insurance, and investments. They have created a unique platform connecting investors with innovators seeking capital and strategic support.

Other participants in the investment included Plug and Play Tech Center (USA), Sher Ventures Inc (USA), Hub71 (UAE), as well as Wojciech Borowski and Krzysztof Kawa, owners of McCANN Poland (the strategic partner of DF.AI). The group of investors also included business angels: Maciej Zawadziński, Miłosz Mazurkiewicz, Marta Zarosa, Adam Radzki, Mirosław Lubarski, Mirosław Kisyk, and Bartosz Dobrzański.
