THE GDAŃSK SHIPYARD

Providing comprehensive advice to Stocznia Gdańsk S.A., covering all operational aspects including employment, maintenance, and asset use. We participated in contract negotiations with shipowners, prepared agreements, and handled arbitration disputes. We also advised on shipbuilding material orders and drafted supply contracts.

Bénéteau S.A. and Groupe Bénéteau

Advising Bénéteau S.A. and Groupe Bénéteau on the acquisition of Delphia Yachts. Value: EUR 100 million.

Port of Gdańsk’ Contractor

Undertaking activities related to the analysis of legal consequences of land remaining within the boundaries of the Port of Gdańsk (in terms of preparation and coverage with local plans, effects on lease agreements, etc.) and the effectiveness of perpetual usufruct of plots of land under water, as well as the possibility of obtaining benefits from these properties by the Shipyard. LSW represented the Client in proceedings concerning relations with the Port Authority and the performance of obligations under the port regulations. We advised on restrictions resulting from procedures in port/economy areas and areas with limited use.

Shipyard of Szczeciń (STOCZNIA SZCZECIŃSKA SP. Z O.O.)

Providing legal and tax advisory services in the field of: establishing and examining existing civil law relationships and the resulting obligations and risks; public law liabilities incurred by the Shipyard (including real estate tax) and the resulting liabilities and risks; analyzes issued to the Shipyard, decisions and certificates as well as the resulting obligations and risks.

GRYFIA SHIPYARD (STOCZNIA GRYFIA S.A.)

Providing advice in the field of: establishing and examining existing civil law relationships and the resulting obligations and risks; public law obligations incurred by the Shipyard and the resulting obligations and risks; analyzes of decisions and certificates issued to the Shipyard and the resulting obligations and risks.
