Throughout his professional career, he has handled compensation claims from the perspective of both claimants and parties liable for damages. He also possesses extensive knowledge of procedural law, which constitutes an integral element of compensation and damages litigation.
Wiktor also has experience in corporate law and competition law, acquired in particular at a renowned Warsaw-based law firm providing legal services to one of the leading companies in the Polish construction sector.
As part of his academic work, Wiktor focuses on human rights issues, particularly freedom of expression, from the perspectives of constitutional, civil, and criminal law. These interests were reflected in his master's thesis, which examined the admissibility of restrictions on freedom of expression.
