Marcin maintains a general dispute resolution practice and his cases are frequently multi-jurisdictional and involve issues of significant importance. He has particular experience litigating disputes relating to complex shareholder disputes and issues arising in restructuring and insolvencies.
White Collar Crime / Investigations
Marcin is well-known for advising corporations and board committees on the conduct of investigations into allegations of bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud and breach of domestic and international sanctions and/or export controls. These matters have involved prosecutors, regulators and enforcements agencies.
He also regularly undertakes financial crime compliance advisory work, including drafting and implementing policies and procedures
Media / Sports Law
Marcin is an expert in media and sports law disputes having advised numerous media and sports personalities, clubs and media houses.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
In 2001, Marcin received the title of advocate. He gained experience by cooperating with the law firms Amhurst Brown Colombotti and Wardyński and Partners, as well as by practicing in the Warsaw company Melzacki, Lewków - Partnerska, Lawyers.
He is an Arbitrator of the Sports Tribunal at the Polish Olympic Committee.
