Real Estate and Construction
With 20 years of experience, Krzysztof provides advice on various matters related to real estate and construction investments for both international and local market participants. His primary expertise lies in advising on property acquisition and disposal, real estate asset management, and property development.
Krzysztof has advised on transactions involving various types of real estate assets, including office buildings, logistics, retail, and hotel properties, as well as more recently, alternative or niche assets like student housing, rental apartments, co-living projects, and forest and agricultural properties. His clients include investment and asset management entities, real estate Private Equity funds, family offices, and developers, from various parts of the world, including Europe, America, the Middle East, and Africa.
Infrastructure
Krzysztof also provides legal support to investors and developers in their investments in infrastructure projects, including energy and digital infrastructure (data centers).
Krzysztof has gained professional experience in both international and Polish firms. He started his career at PwC (2004-2007) and subsequently collaborated for ten years with the most esteemed real estate law team in the Polish market, first at Clifford Chance (2007-2010 as an Associate) and then at Salans/Dentons (2010-2017 as an Associate/Senior Associate). From 2017 to 2020, Krzysztof was a Partner at Crido Legal, where he led the highly ranked Real Estate and Construction Law practice.
