Emil participates in projects related to public and non-public trading of securities, establishment, merger, division and the transformation of companies. He advises on financing and investment projects and venture capital and private equity M&A. He also provides day-to-day legal services to business entities, including startups and growth companies.
He assists and supervises the work of bodies of companies, including public companies. He represents clients at Shareholders' Meetings and General Meetings of Shareholders.
He advises on the implementation of business projects.
Disputes
Emil also specializes in procedural law in its broadest sense. He has many years of experience in advising on judicial and administrative proceedings including complex corporate disputes.
He sits on the Supervisory Board of CPD S.A., based in Warsaw and Kanał Zero S.A., based in Warsaw.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Erasmus scholarship holder at Universita degli Studi di Sassari in Italy.
Graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Company Law conducted at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Project Management conducted at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is registered on the list of attorneys kept by the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
He gained experience in law firms and as an in-house lawyer within the Capital Group, which includes public companies listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the NewConnect market.
