Anna advises both managers and employers on standard policies and regulations applying to employers, including employment and remuneration regulations, anti-bullying, anti-discrimination and disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, consultancy agreements, employment contracts; dismissals; employer-employee relations and collective issues; as well as the protection of companies' interests through non-competition and confidentiality agreements; contractual negotiations in situations of hiring or firing an employee; employment issues that arise in corporate transactions, workplace transitions, reorganisations and outsourcing, employee claims before the labour courts and the Supreme Court.
Her field of interest also includes issues related to optimal forms of employment for managerial positions.

Anna leads LSW’s High Net Worth Individuals practice and regularly advises clients on everything from wealth structuring and succession down the generations to philanthropic giving, family law, commercial disputes and private capital investments. She advises clients on the selection of the most effective methods of legal protection to ensure family and property security.

Anna has many years of experience in representing clients in court disputes, in particular in employment, social security and family matters.
Graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration and completed a postgraduate course in tax law at the University of Warsaw. While still a student, she gained professional experience working in Warsaw law firms, then in the Infor S.A. Publishing Group. She obtained the title of advocate in 2010.
