Adam is an English lawyer who has resided in Poland for over 15 years.
Adam is a business of law expert on the Polish market. His role is multifaceted and includes law firm management, strategy, business development, and senior recruitment, as well as being a bridge for international clients entering Poland, and Polish clients developing their businesses abroad.
Adam, who was born and educated in the UK, started life out as an insurance lawyer, practicing at leading UK-based law firms, as well as in-house at a leading UK insurance company.
Nowadays Adam advises international private equity and infrastructure funds, real estate funds, and venture capital, on their investments into Poland.
Adam has been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the leading and most recognized business experts in the legal profession who have mentored Adam in legal business strategy and management.
He is regarded as a pioneer and innovator onthe Polish and wider-CEE legal market leading to being recognized as the only Poland-based lawyer by the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers publication, and listed as one of the 20 most influential persons in the Polish startup sector by Polish business magazine MyCompany (as one of only two lawyers).

- Advising Schooner Capital, an American fund in a multi-million investment arbitration dispute against the Republic of Poland under the ICSID Additional Facilities rules and Polish-U.S. Business and Economic Relations Treaty. The dispute concerns the privatization of the Polish fat industry.*
- Advising Darley Energy PLC and Honwood Services Limited with regards an investment arbitration case against the Republic of Poland for the expropriation of the Claimants' investment with respect to prospection and exploration of polyhalite deposits in the Puck region of Poland to a maximum sum of circa EUR 1.4 Billion, including with respect to litigation funding.*
- Advising Work Service S.A. on the first project in Poland for the admission of shares of a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with a market capitalization exceeding PLN 800 million, to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market through depositary interests.*
- Advising Redefine Properties Limited on its acquisition of a majority stake in Echo Prime Properties B.V., comprising a portfolio of 18 commercial properties (including shopping malls and office buildings) of a combined value of EUR 1.2 Billion.*
- Advising New York Stock Exchange listed Generac Holdings Inc., on the acquisition of assets of MOTORTECH Holding GmbH & Co. KG.*
- Advising Marlin Equity Partners on the acquisition of technology company Medius Poland.*
- Advising INEOS Upstream Services Ltd on the multi-million pound acquisition of state-of-the-art fracking equipment (including frac spreads and seismic equipment) from Polish company Unified Oilfield.*
- Advising a Polish video games company on its dual listing on the London Stock Exchange.
- Advising Moffitt Cancer Center and OncoBay Clinical in a PLN 150 million investment in OncoBay by Clinscience.
- Advising a Chinese buyer on the acquisition of a portfolio of photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of 51 MW from SINO-CEEF.
