Maciej strives to duly secure high-tech companies, in particular their rights to created intangible assets (IP). He has extensive experience in negotiating contracts, including with foreign entities in various scopes. He supports clients in running and developing their business, including their expansion to foreign markets (including the EU, MEA or Japan).
Maciej is an Advocate and a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
