INFRINGEMENT OF PRIVACY BY STATE AUTHORITIES
Representing a well-known journalist in the case against the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA). The case concerned the violation of the personal rights of a journalist by obtaining his telecommunications data (including a list of billing records) by the Bureau.
