PROTECTION OF PERSONAL RIGHTS OF SPORTSMEN AND SPORTSWOMEN

Representing a well-known sportsman in court accused by the tabloid of "aferal" ties. The case concerns the infringement of personal rights through the publication of false information and violation of the right to the image of the Client.

PROTECTION OF THE GOOD NAME OF A JUDGE

Acting in a trial in which, on behalf of a judge (our client), we demanded an apology from a weekly publishment which accused a judge of irregularities in the conduct of cases and corruption.
