Aleksandra specializes in intellectual property law, including, in particular, disputes concerning industrial property rights, in particular trademarks, industrial designs, and patents, as well as combating unfair competition. She represents clients in civil proceedings and in proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and administrative courts.
The scope of Aleksandra's practice also includes cases concerning the protection of personal rights, including protection of the reputation of individuals and corporations.
She graduated from Warsaw University, Cardiff University, and the School of English and European Law organized by Warsaw University in cooperation with Cambridge University. She completed Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law, History of Art, and attorney training at the Regional Council of Attorneys in Warsaw. She has been registered on the list of attorneys since 2014.
Prior to LSW, she was associated with a leading boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property law.
Socially engaged, including as a pro bono lawyer, in supporting non-governmental organizations, especially those working in the area of refugee assistance, educating the youngest in the topics of Sustainable Development Goals and civil society, and others oriented towards programs building a culture of openness. She loves mountains at any time of the year.
